Payment Deadline: After receiving the order confirmation email from our store, payment must be made within 5 days. However, if you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will be finalized at the time of ordering.

Return Deadline: Contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.

Return Shipping Fee: If it is due to a defect or an error on our product, we will cover the return shipping fee. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


Delivery Time: If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 14 days after payment confirmation. However, please note that the assembly process is done manually for each bicycle, so the delivery time may be significantly affected by order volume. We will notify you of the shipping time on our website or through email communication. After shipping, it will take approximately 4-7 days for the product to arrive, depending on the region and weather conditions.


Additional Fees: For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. The displayed price includes a 10% consumption tax. The separate shipping fee is required for the delivery of the product.


Delivery Area: Currently, we only deliver within Japan.


Delivery Condition: The product will be delivered in a fully assembled state. The height of the saddle and handlebar will be adjusted according to the height you have selected. However, please note that individual differences in body structure may require further adjustment of the saddle height. An adjustment tool (Allen key) will be included.


Returns: Except for cases of initial defects or product malfunctions caused by manufacturing, we generally do not accept returns. In the event of an initial defect or a product malfunction caused by manufacturing, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after the product arrives.


Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please return it to us with the shipping fee paid upon arrival. After we confirm the defect, we will exchange it for a new product. Alternatively, upon request, we may refund the payment.


Order Changes After Confirmation: If you wish to change the product or specifications after the order has been confirmed, we may charge an additional fee for the order change, which will be separately invoiced.


Cancellation: If you request a cancellation after the order has been confirmed, we will inform you of the incurred costs. After deducting the costs from the total amount paid for the order, we will transfer the remaining amount to your designated bank account.
